Payment & Shipping
Payment:
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. You do not, however, have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Paypal allows for credit card payment without setting up an account.
You can place your order over the phone: (512) 810-3829. Hours are generally Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST . Please leave a message if we are not able to take the call, and we will get back to you ASAP.
We also accept checks and money orders. Please email us your order and we will send you an invoice to mail with your check/money order (olive@oliveleafstencils.com).
Shipping and Handling:
Stencils ship by USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you would like your stencil(s) shipped any other method. Handling time is usually one to three business days, depending on order volume.
Returns:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your stencil(s). If you are unsatisfied with your stencil, or it has been damaged in the mail, you may return it, unopened, for a refund. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping.
